Terms of Service

1. What the service is

FastTempMail provides free, receive-only temporary email inboxes. You can generate a disposable address, receive incoming messages for a short time, read them in your browser, and delete the inbox manually. The service is intended for low-risk, short-lived tasks such as receiving a one-time verification code, confirming a download, or testing a signup form. It is not an email host, a mailbox, or a communications provider, and it does not support sending, forwarding, or replying to mail.

2. Eligibility

You may use FastTempMail only if you can form a binding agreement with us and are not barred from doing so under any applicable law. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it. The service is not directed at children, and you should not use it to register for services with their own minimum-age requirements in a way that breaches those requirements.

3. Temporary inboxes expire

Temporary inboxes and their messages expire automatically. The current configured retention window is about 15 minutes, after which a scheduled process deletes the inbox, its messages, and any attachment metadata. Cleanup timing may vary slightly, and expired or deleted data cannot be recovered. Because of this, you must not use the service for anything where you may later need access to the address, the messages, or account recovery. Retention specifics are described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may use FastTempMail for ordinary privacy and testing purposes, such as receiving a confirmation code for a low-risk signup or checking your own application's email flow. You agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that does not harm other people, websites, senders, or networks.

5. Prohibited use

You must not use FastTempMail, or any address generated through it, to:

• commit fraud, impersonation, phishing, or any scheme intended to deceive a person or service;
• send, receive, or coordinate malware, spam, or other malicious content;
• harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse any person;
• create fake or duplicate accounts to abuse free trials, promotions, votes, or referral systems;
• evade a ban, suspension, rate limit, or other restriction imposed by another service;
• register for banking, payment, healthcare, government, or other sensitive services in violation of their rules;
• infringe intellectual-property rights or violate any applicable law or regulation; or
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.

Using a disposable address does not make any of the above lawful or acceptable. We may restrict, rate-limit, or block use that we reasonably believe breaches these terms.

6. Important account warning

Do not use disposable email for banking, healthcare, tax, school, government, employment, legal, shopping, subscription, permanent social, or password-recovery accounts, or anything else that matters long term. If a service later requires email access, the temporary inbox will very likely no longer exist, and neither we nor the other service can recover it for you. You accept this risk when you choose to use a temporary address.

7. Availability, limits, and changes to the service

FastTempMail is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Some websites block disposable email domains, and some messages may be delayed, rejected, truncated, filtered, or never delivered. We may add rate limits, security rules, domain changes, or other controls, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Third-party message content

Messages shown in a temporary inbox are created and sent by third parties, not by us. We display received messages for your short-lived session but do not review, endorse, or take responsibility for their content, links, attachments, or offers. Treat every message with normal caution: verify the sender and any destination before acting on a link, and never rely on a folder label as proof that a message is safe.

9. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use FastTempMail at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastTempMail and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, missed messages, lost accounts, or lost profits, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service. Because the service is free and inboxes are intentionally short-lived, you accept that lost or unrecoverable messages are an expected characteristic of the service rather than a fault.

11. Intellectual property

The FastTempMail name, website design, written guides, and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may read and share our guides for personal, non-commercial use with attribution, but you may not copy the site wholesale, scrape it at scale, or present our content as your own.

12. Abuse reports and law enforcement

If you believe the service is being misused, contact us using the details on our contact page. Because inbox data is deleted quickly, we usually cannot retrieve the contents of an expired inbox, but we will act on credible reports where we can, and we will cooperate with valid legal requests to the extent required by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The "last updated" date below shows the current version, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
